6.2 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your return is processed.
6.3 Return Address
Return authorization and the correct return address will be provided when you contact us to initiate a return. Do not send returns to our business address without prior authorization.
7. Refunds

- Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is posted

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g., email).
11. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

Geographic Scope: Scyxaronphran operates from Great Britain. Returns are accepted from customers in Great Britain and select European countries where we ship products.

Dietary Supplement Returns: Returns for dietary supplements are handled in accordance with applicable regulations. Products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return, as required by health and safety regulations.
